Refund policy

14-day returns

If your cardigan isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags. Email support@douette.com with your order number and we send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we will help you swap it.
